Attention Deficit Disorder, commonly known as ADD, or Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, ADHD, is a disorder that affect an estimated 5% of children in the world. A lot of these children will carry this disorder with them until late in their adult lives. Some might live with it forever.
Even though it is mostly treated and medicated as a disease, ADD or ADHD is actually called a spectrum disorder in the medical field. This mean that the symptons and the causes of ADD and ADHD differs from person to person.
